Returns / Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the products all sales are final!
FULL PRICE Wig purchases are eligible for return/exchange within 3 days of delivery, for example if it shows delivered on Monday, it has to be in the Post dated and back to us by Wednesday. returned/Exchanged wigs are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, if you feel the color doesn’t suit you or if you select the wrong cap size, all sale/discounted items are final sale and will not be eligible for an exchange or refund
All Accessory and Jewelry items are Final Sale. No Exceptions
Once the order has been processed. It takes (2-4) business days for processing). During Sale times processing may take anywhere from 3-7 business days. We will ship out your order and provide you with a tracking number within 24 hours. Shipping takes 2-3 business days (we ship via USPS and UPS) once the order has been processed. That time lengthens to 3-5 days during sale times. That is a total of 4 to 10 business days total from the time you place the order to the time you receive the order. All wigs require a signature . You as the Buyer are responsible for adding route insurance if you would like your item to be insured.
GlamLife Beauty is not responsible for late or lost shipments. Please allow additional time for delivery during abnormal weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays as those are variables beyond our control.
