FULL PRICE Wig purchases are eligible for return/exchange within 3 days of delivery, for example if it shows delivered on Monday, it has to be in the Post dated and back to us by Wednesday. returned/Exchanged wigs are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, if you feel the color doesn’t suit you or if you select the wrong cap size, all sale/discounted items are final sale and will not be eligible for an exchange or refund
